What You Get.

Youth participants will be measured at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks to record individual progress.

Participants will be tested in:
- 20-Yard Sprint
- 40-Yard Sprint
- 1-Mile Time
- Broad Jump
- Vertical Jump
- Agility L-Test & T-Test

The beginning of each session starts at Horizon Athletic from which we will jog to an open field for drills and conditioning.

Each session is from 8:30am - 10:00am on Saturday mornings starting June 8, 2024.

The culmination of this 6-week program is an epic adventure at Great Seal State Park. Participants will hike up Sugarloaf Mountain to parable the experience of an uphill battle.

Each participant is allowed 1 make-up class if they are unable to attend a regularly scheduled session (vacation, sick, etc). They must notify Coach Trey in advance to make arrangements for the make-up session.

Who Can Sign Up?

The Summer Strides Youth Running Club is intended for participants ranging in ages 12-18. We will only accept a total of 8 participants. Enrollment is first-come, first-served.
